Springfield- Cynthia A. (Cocchi) LaFlamme, 64, passed away on June 23, 2017 at home; surrounded by her loving family.
Her calling hours will take place from 4:00PM-7:00PM, on Tuesday June 27, 2017 in the Forastiere Smith Family Funeral Home, 220 North Main St., East Longmeadow. Funeral services will begin at 9:00AM on Wednesday June 28th, 2017 from the funeral home. This will be followed by a 10:00AM Liturgy of Christian Burial, in Holy Cross Church, 221 Plumtree Road, Springfield. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Springfield.
