Bill and I were best friends in Elmira before I moved to Vestal in 1964. So sorry I was unable to locate him before he passed away. My condolences to his family and friends. RIP Bill.

Bill was a dear and long-time friend of my father, Maurice Thibodeau. As my Dad advanced in years, Bill and Marilyn gave so generously of their time to visit him and brighten his days. He looked forward to Bill's stories and companionship. Our sincere condolences to Marilyn and to Bill's family at this time of loss.
