Dr William C. Dale

Dr. William C. Dale, son of the late George and Dorothea Dale (Burdick), died on November 19, 2019, at the age of 77. He was born in Long Branch, N.J. on September 13,1942. He studied at the Lawrenceville School, Yale University and earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering at Case Western Reserve University.  He was a research engineer at Monsanto Co. He was predeceased by a brother R. Gregory Dale, and legendary cat Tyrone. He is survived by his travel buddy/coparent/wife of 41 years, Jennifer Quynn-Dale, and his greatest pride: his children Leigh and Douglas. He was happiest discussing politics, watching a play or using showtunes as lullabies (sung badly, by his own admission).
