William "Billy" John Bertrand

William “Billy” John Bertrand, 33, passed away peacefully October 9, 2020. Born March 14, 1987 in Springfield, MA, he was the son of Thomas Richard and Mary Lee (Woishnis) Bertrand. He attended Cathedral High School and graduated from Agawam High School. He furthered his education by attending Holyoke Community College for 1 ½ years. Billy loved music, fishing, camping, skateboarding, riding his quad, video gaming and spending time with family and friends. He will truly be missed by all who knew him. In addition to his parents, he leaves to cherish his memory brother Thomas Joseph Bertrand; sister Christina Marie Bertrand; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other loving relatives and friends. Calling hours for Billy will be held from 4-7PM on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at Colonial Forastiere Funeral Home, 985 Main St., Agawam with a celebration of life ceremony beginning at 7PM. A private burial will be held at the convenience of his family.
