Longmeadow - Tomasina “Mazie” (Graziano) Cullinan, 94, passed away on October 2, 2019 in Plymouth, MA. She was born in Springfield, the daughter of the late Pietro and Maria (Mazza) Graziano. She attended Springfield schools where she lived most of her life before residing in Longmeadow and Plymouth, MA. She was a senior payroll officer for over 25 years at Western New England College before retiring in 1986. She was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church, Longmeadow and a member of its Women’s Guild. She was formerly a member of St. Catherine of Siena, Springfield where she was active in the Women’s Club and the Living Rosary. Mazie enjoyed cooking, knitting, arts and crafts, and gardening. Above all her greatest joy was her family. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her beloved husband in 1992, George E. Cullinan; and her sister, Theresa Camerota. Tomasina is survived by her sons, G. Peter Cullinan and his wife Mary of Plymouth, MA and Wayne Cullinan and his wife Lynne of Maple Grove, MN; 7 grandchildren, Beth, Bill and his wife Jane, Tricia and her husband Michael, Amy, Jessica and her husband Greg, Nicole and her husband Tim, and Richard; 8 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Filomena Stirlacci, of Agawam. Tomasina’s funeral will be held on Tuesday, October 8th, beginning at 9AM from the Forastiere Smith Funeral Home, 220 North Main St., East Longmeadow, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Church in Longmeadow at 10AM. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. A visiting hour will proceed the funeral from 8AM to 9AM.
