Sandra Gale Hopper

Springfield – Sandra Gale Hopper, 69, passed away unexpectedly on March 21, 2021. Sandra was born in Gaffney, South Carolina on March 17, 1952 to Mack Hopper Jr. and Julia (Lockhart) Hopper. Sandra was a giving and caring person, and this led her to work in the Human Resource Field.
Sandra enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her family. On any given day, you could ask her what she wants to do and many of the times her response would be to see some part of her family. Her devotion to her family is hardly matched. She was the woman who would go above any beyond with whatever you needed.
She leaves behind her loving son Shawn Hopper and his wife Tara of South Deerfield, her Grandon Devyn and 3 Great Grandchildren, Skylar, Greyson and Jaelyn, Her brothers Mack Hopper of Springfield and Arthur Hopper of Springfield, Her sister Glenda Hopper of Springfield, loving mother Julia Knox also of Springfield, as well as extended family and friends.
Services are entrusted to Forastiere Funeral &Cremation and will be private. There will be a celebration of life held for Sandra at a later date and time to be announced by family.
