Sandie Coulter, 66 years old, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2023 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s Disease surrounded by her loving family. Sandie was born in West Springfield and has lived in Brimfield, MA her whole life. She leaves behind her husband, Steve; daughter, Casey; two grandchildren Jaxson & Jaiden, and son in law Alex. She is also survived by her 3 sisters, Deborah Drugan, Judith Durant & Karen Foley, her brother, Andrew Auclair, as well as many nieces, and nephews. She is predeceased by her Mother, Ella Auclair; Father, Louis Auclair & Sister, Linda Douglass. Sandie had many interests, including crafting, sewing, cooking, and taking care of her family. She could sew and create anything you could dream of-from lavish Halloween costumes to cute kitty door stoppers. Sandie spent years alongside her Mom, Ella shopping and going to thrift stores with her daughter Casey every Tuesday. Sandie had a heart of gold that no one could ever replicate, that will be missed by many. She will forever be in the heart of the people who loved her.
A gathering of family and friends for Sandie will be held from 9-11AM on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Colonial Forastiere Funeral Home, 985 Main St., Agawam, MA with a Celebration of Life Ceremony beginning at 11AM also at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Agawam Center Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made in Sandie’s name to Baystate Hospice, 30 Capital Dr., West Springfield, MA 01089.
