Robert "Bobby" J. Geoffrion

Agawam – Robert J. “Bobby” Geoffrion, 30, passed away unexpectedly on May 6, 2018. He will be remembered for his love for helping people, his funny and sensitive disposition, and his huge bear hugs. He was the son of John and Elaine (Antico) Geoffrion of Agawam and was a graduate of Agawam High School. Bobby’s passion was music and he found joy playing his guitars and he was an avid Miami Dolphins fan. Over the years he had worked as a security guard at Six Flags, at E.B’s Restaurant and Riverside Liquors all in Agawam. Besides his loving parents, John and Elaine (Antico) Geoffrion, Bobby is survived by his brother Daniel Geoffrion of Chicopee, his sister Katherine Geoffrion of Agawam, his uncle Warren Metras, his uncle Kenneth Antico and his wife Karen, his aunt Kathleen McCusker, his cousins: Chrissy Metras, Melissa Cardaropoli, Donald DuBreiul, Nicole Johnson, Brian McCusker, Matthew McCusker, and Martha Pope. Bobby is predeceased by his maternal grandparents Florence and Michael Doda, his paternal grandparents Raymond and Eleanor Geoffrion, and his aunt Geraldine Metras. A Celebration of Bobby’s Life will begin with visiting hours on Thursday, May 10, 2018 from 4:00-7:00pm at Colonial Forastiere Funeral & Cremation on 985 Main Street in Agawam. On Friday, May 11, 2018 the funeral service will begin at 10:00am at the funeral home, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11:00am in St. John the Evangelist Church. Burial will follow in Agawam Center Cemetery.
