Patricia Marie Lavertue

On August 4, 2022, surrounded by her loving family, Patricia M. (Kennedy) Lavertue, age 54, of Wilbraham, MA, was called home by God and started dancing with the angels. Patty was born in Holyoke, Massachusetts to Ann (Desilets) Kennedy and the late Richard E. Kennedy on August 17, 1967.
Growing up she was an avid equestrian. She was captain of the color guard and also performed in jazz dances. After graduating from Holyoke High School, Patty attended Holyoke Community College for Business Administration. She managed office staff and business operations for over 15 years before transitioning to the medical field, where she fulfilled a lifelong goal of hers to help people. She was an outdoorswoman who loved camping, hiking, and ATV riding. She also loved ceramics and other arts and crafts. Patty also loved spending time with friends and family.

Patty is survived by her husband Paul and her sons Joseph and his partner Maxwell, Kristofer and his wife Angelina, and her nephew, Michael, (who she loved like a third son). She also leaves behind her mother Ann, and her siblings Kathy, Rick and his wife Denise, and Kevin and his fiancée Linda. The family will gather and greet friends from 12:00Noon-2:00PM, on Saturday August 13, 2022,with a Memorial Service to follow at 2:00PM all at the Forastiere Smith Funeral & Cremation, 220 North Main St., East Longmeadow.
