Nina M Tangredi

SPRINGFIELD- Nina Marie Tangredi, 32, was taken home by God’s Angels on May 7, 2018. Nina is the beloved daughter of Dominick and Linda (Frazier) Tangredi, sister of Dario Tangredi, Angelo Tangredi and his wife Debbie, and Nicholas Tangredi and his wife Katerina. Nina was born in Springfield, and educated in Springfield Schools and Fitchburg State College. Nina worked for several area businesses. Nina was currently a member of New England Laborers’ Union Local 999. As Nina leaves this Earth, she leaves grief beyond imagine. Love of God and trust in His judgement, the family gathers strength knowing Nina is now in the loving arms of her grandparents; Angelo Tangredi and Rita Moore; Jack and Shirley Frazier; and her uncles Tami Tangredi and Peter George. Besides her parents and brothers, Nina leaves to cherish her memory her loving uncle Michael Tangredi and aunts Nancy Jackson, and Joan George as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and her beloved cat Boo Boo. Family and friends are invited to gather on Friday, May 11, 2018 from 4-7 PM at Forastiere Smith Funeral Home, 220 North Main Street, East Longmeadow. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 12 2018 beginning at 7:45 AM at the funeral home followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 9:00 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Parker Street, Springfield. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. In honor of Nina’s grandmother Shirley Frazier and Uncle Peter George, memorial contributions in Nina’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
