Mary G. Wiencek

Hampden – Mary (DeCoursey) Wiencek, 89, died on March 10, 2019 at Houston Medical Center, Warner Robins, GA while visiting her daughter. She was born in Taunton, MA to the late, John Sr. and Mary (Porier) DeCoursey. Mary worked as Superisor of Bindry for 20 years at Priority Press in East Longmeadow. She was a Past President of VFW Post 3937. Mary was predeceased by her husband, Richard F. Wiencek, Sr.; her grandson, Adam Gauthier; and her sister, Lois Cowart. She leaves her son, Richard Wiencek, Jr. and his wife Lita of Hampden; her Daughter Jacquelyn “Lyn” Gauthier and her husband David of Warner Robins, GA; 5 grandchildren, Raven, Ricky, Jamie, and Nicole; 5 great-grandchildren; and a great great grandchild. Family and friends are invited to attend a visiting hour on Monday, March 18th from 10-11AM at Forastiere Smith Funeral Home, 220 North Main St., East Longmeadow immediately followed by a funeral home service at 11AM.
