Linda S. Sibley

Linda S. Sibley, 62, passed away on January 15, 2023 at Baystate Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Born in Northampton, MA on December 26, 1960, she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from The College of Our Lady of the Elms (Elms College).

For 25 years, she worked for the Department of Children and Families as a Social Worker. She also worked at the Tudor House for 6 years. In her spare time, Linda enjoyed painting, drawing, gardening and spending time with her dogs.

Predeceased by her beloved husband of 28 years, Paul D. Sibley who passed away October 3, 2014, she leaves her daughters Samantha Taha and her fiancé Frank D’Angelo and Morgan Sibley and her fiancée Nicole Recchia; her close friend Karen Davies and her coworkers at the Tudor House especially Hank Champagne and Kim Jacques.

Family and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 from 4 – 7 PM at Forastiere Smith Funeral & Cremation, 220 North Main Street, East Longmeadow.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Linda’s memory may be made in care of Forastiere Smith Funeral Home to Samantha Taha and Morgan Sibley so they may make a gift in their mother’s memory. Please write the check directly to Samantha or Morgan.
