Leonard Denton Paulsen, III

Leonard Denton Paulsen, III, 33, passed away unexpectedly on June 4, 2018. Born in San Jose, CA on June 7, 1984 to Marie (Leger) Paulsen and the late Leonard D. Paulsen, Jr., he attended Southwick High School.

From 2002 – 2006, he served his country in the United States Navy. Len was most recently employed as a Senior Software Engineer for SurfLoch WaveSystems. In his spare time, he enjoyed music, DJing, hiking, rock climbing, and snowboarding.

To cherish his memory, he leaves his mother Marie (Leger) Paulsen and her fiancé Charlie Sheets of Granville, MA; sister Tina St Germain and her husband Keith of Enfield, CT; fiancée Corinne Van Oeveren of Lakeside, CA and her children Nils and Lauren; grandmother Madeline Leger of Southwick; aunts and uncles Jeannie and T.R. Despard of Southwick, Louanne Conniff of Hemet, CA, Marty Leger of Southwick and Tony Leger of Westfield as well as his cousins Greg, Curt, and Tommy Despard of Southwick and Joe Conniff of Seattle, WA .

Family and friends are invited to gather on Friday, June 22, 2018 from 4-7 PM at Southwick Forastiere Funeral Home, 624 College Highway, Southwick, MA.
