1941-2022

East Longmeadow - Judith A. (Buchanan) Phillips 80, passed away on June 5, 2022; surrounded by her loving family.  She was the wife of the late Peter M. Phillips who preceded her on March 3, 2021.Judith was born in Springfield, MA the daughter of the late John and Anna (Golota) Buchanan. In her earlier years, Judith had been a floral designer.  Along with her loving husband, Judith worked for 22 years as an East Longmeadow District Manager for the Springfield Republican Newspaper.  Judith loved to be home watching her birds, rabbits, and pesty squirrels attacking her bird feeders.  She was QVC’s MVC (most valuable customer).  Family was very important to her and adored her precious grandkids, and her newest member of the family, her great grand fur puppy, Milo.Judith is survived by a daughter, Derryl Bohaboy and her husband Chuck, of East Longmeadow; a son Scott Phillips and his wife Katie, of Brimfield; five grandchildren, Jeffrey Paul Kirkitelos Jr., Corissa Kirkitelos, Lillia Bohaboy, Annaliese Bohaboy, and Shane Raney; along with extended family members.
