Springfield- Jose "Junior" Luis Perez age 74, beloved husband of the late Luz Minerva Rodriguez Perez, passed peacefully with his family by his side on May 30, 2022.
Junior was born in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico a son of the late Jose Luis Perez and Luz Maria Diaz Perez. He is survived by his three beloved children , Jessica “Red” Perez ,Jose "YeYe" Perez III, Jason Louis Perez,;step daughter, Elizabeth Villafane Sparks, step-daughter, Jannette Velasquez , step son Nelson “Figgy” Figuroa; eight grandchildren, Adonis Perez, Ja-Eysha Perez,Jay-Von Perez,Jaidan Elijah Perez,Jaidan Elijah Perez,Jason Louis Perez Jr,Skylyan Villafane, Devin Sparks,Nicholas Sparks; four great grandchildren, Jaelenis Perez, Jayden Perez,Gionni Recchia, Ediel Reyes; along with extended family.
The family will receive friends, from 11:00AM-12:00Noon on Monday June 6, 2022 at the Forastiere Funeral & Cremation, 45 Locust St., Springfield with a funeral home service at 12:00Noon.
