Helen M. Donovan

Westfield – Helen M. Donovan, 88, passed away at home in Armbrook Village of Westfield on April 30, 2020. Helen was born on August 16, 1933 in the Turkey Hills section of Springfield to the late Dennis and Mary Donovan. Helen was one of seven children growing up in the Irish neighborhood. She was a happy and friendly person who loved associating with all her friends at Armbrook. She leaves behind her cousins Michael Donovan of Springfield and Joan Kotfila of Springfield, and her dear caregiver Robert Gibowicz and his wife Tessie of East Longmeadow. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her siblings Donald, James, Mary, Bernard, John and Ann. The family and friends of Helen would like to sincerely thank all of the staff at Armbrook Village and Mercy Life for their tender care of Helen. Services are entrusted to Forastiere Smith Funeral & Cremation and will be held privately.
