I have known Frank for five years. He worked with me at the Park & Recreation Dept. up until a couple weeks before he passed. He shared his knowledge and love of the outdoors and plants with me. I have a Christmas cactus and two other cactus from him. I will forever remember him, especially when they bloom. RIP in Frank. you will be greatly missed.

Joey and I have known Frank for about a year now. During that short time, we had become great friends. Sharing spaghetti dinners and many jokes and alot of laughter. I want to give the LaBranche family our sincere condolences and Frank is someone we will never forget. YOOOO Frank will always be with me.

I have known Frank for a dozen or so years, which began when he started working as a Ramp Attendant for our Lake Management Committee. Frank was always eager to help customers and fellow Ramp Attendants... He was still working for us up until a few weeks before his passing and we will miss him very much. As you know, your grandson Ray has been part of our Lake Management family for a few years and thank you for introducing him to us. You are now at peace and with your loving wife. Sincere condolences to your family.
