Candace A. Bouley, 62, of Feeding Hills passed away on March 22nd at home. She was born in Springfield on June 2nd, 1958 to the late Alan and Anne Smith (Mathison). She grew up in West Springfield and was employed for many years as a chef and baker at Bay Path and Geissler’s Supermarket, before retiring in 2016. Candace was a devoted mother and grandmother who was always there for her family. She did all she could to make sure she was at every event and practice. She enjoyed the beach, especially the lighthouses of Maine as well as the time she spent with her sister on Cape Cod. She was a devoted cat mom to her dear cat Scotch. Her family will always remember her giving and kind spirit. In addition to her parents, Candace was preceded in death by her husband Francis Bouley, Jr. in 2019, as well as her brother Alan Smith, Jr. She will forever be in the hearts of her loving family including her daughters Jennifer Bouley and her boyfriend Robert Cranston of Southwick and Nicole Bouley of Feeding Hills. She also leaves her brother Jeff and his wife Lesa Von Munkwitz-Smith of Portland, ME and her sister Pam Ciborowski and her husband John of Cape Cod. Candace also leaves her beloved grandchildren Phoenix Bond, Frankie Bond, Adrianna Sicard, and Ailani Cheverez. She also leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews as well as her dear friends Robin Zello and Donna Shibley who will miss her very much. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Colonial Forastiere Funeral Home on Saturday, April 3rd from 11am-1pm for a period of visitation. A memorial service will begin at 1pm.
