Bruno Maule

Surrounded by those that loved him beyond measure, Bruno Maule passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019. Born May 15, 1927 to the late Joseph and Theresa (Velata) Maule, he is survived by his wife of 67 years, Doris (Archambault), his daughters, Christina Bodendorf and her husband Robert and Pamela Colson and her partner Martin Andruss. He also leaves his beloved granddaughter Carlie Bosini and her husband Kevin, the parents to the lights of his life, Natalie Olivia and Dominic James Bosini, and his sister Jean Carpenter and her husband Herb, as well as many in-laws, nieces and nephews. His family was his pride and joy but throughout his life he accomplished many things. Upon graduation from Agawam High School, he served in the U.S. Navy during WWII as a Storekeeper Third Class, then returned home to work for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Auditor’s Department. He belonged to the former Agawam UNICO and served as a District Governor in that organization, the MAWAGA Sportsmen’s Club, the Springfield Elks Lodge# 61, and attained the honor of Third Degree Mason.
There are no calling hours. A funeral service will take place at 10:00AM on Thursday January 31, 2019 in the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main St., Agawam.
