Anne M Frogameni

Agawam – Anne M. Frogameni, 86, devoted wife to the late Joseph R. Frogameni who she loved and missed dearly; passed away peacefully October 8, 2019. Born December 1, 1932 in Springfield, MA, she was a daughter to the late Vincent and Rose (Ramano) DeSantis. She was employed as a clerk for CVS retiring after over 18 years of service. Anne was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church, Agawam. There was no greater joy than spending time with her family. She is survived by her son Anthony of Springfield and her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Frogameni of West Springfield; daughters Joanne Prout and her husband Richard of Agawam, Susan Pisano and her husband Domenick of Feeding Hills; grandchildren Marlow, Katina, Diana, Stephanie, Bryana, Domenick and Julie; great-grandchildren Adeline, Charlie, Joseph, Avery, Ethan, Jack, Anthony, Domenick, Gianna and Nina; and other loving relatives and friends. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her brothers Nicholas and Vincent DeSantis. Anne’s family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff from Heritage Woods - The Birches and Heritage Hall East for their compassionate care. Calling hours for Anne will be held from 2-5PM on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at Colonial Forastiere Funeral Home, 985 Main St., Agawam. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 14th beginning at 10AM from the funeral home with a Liturgy of Christian Burial, to be celebrated at 11AM, at St. John the Evangelist Church, Agawam. Interment will follow in Agawam Center Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Anne’s name to Alzheimer’s Association, 309 Waverly Oaks Rd., Waltham, MA 02452
