Angela E Greco

Springfield-Angela E. (Maurizio) Greco, 96, wife of the late Paschal J. Greco, passed away on October 21, 2018.
Born and educated in Springfield, she was a lifelong resident. Prior to retirement, Angela was employed in administrative work for the U.S. Government. She was a parishioner of Holy Cross Church.
Besides her husband she was predeceased by her brother Salvatore, and her sisters, Frances, Carmella, Helen and Rose.
Angela leaves a brother Felix Maurizio of Norfolk, Virginia; nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. The family wishes to thank the staff at East Longmeadow Skilled Nursing. They also wish to thank Christine Shetler and Mary Wells who took care of Angela when she lived at home. Funeral services are on Friday beginning at 10:00AM from the Forastiere Family Funeral Home, 45 Locust St., Springfield. A funeral mass will be offered at 11:00 AM in Holy Cross Church, Springfield. Burial will follow in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Springfield.
A calling hour for family and friends will take place in the funeral home from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
