Carolyn Ann vanOssenbruggen

Carolyn A. vanOssenbruggen, 57, of Ludlow, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 26, 2017. Born in Springfield, MA on December 3, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Clifton T. and Mary Joanne (MacLeod) Graves. She leaves her fiancé, Glen Day of Ludlow; her son Max vanOssenbruggen and his wife Laura of El Paso, TX; her 2 daughters, Rebecca vanOssenbruggen of Chicopee, and Casey vanOssenbruggen of Atlanta, GA; 2 grandkids, Kira and Max; and 3 siblings, Clifton “Mike” Graves and his wife Jennifer of Palm Bay, FL, Donna Gore and her husband Scott of Old Saybrook, CT, and Catherine Dodge and her fiancé Henry Record of East Longmeadow.
Her family will receive friends on Monday, December 4th from 3 to 5 PM at the Forastiere Smith Funeral Home, 220 North Main St., East Longmeadow.
